February 27, 2022. The Saint Lydia of Thyatira Chapter was Instituted at St. John's in Roanoke, VA. Three new daughters were admitted into the Order. A Sr. Chapter was originally instituted at St. John's in Roanoke, VA in 1906 and had become inactive for several decades. The Saint Lydia of Thyatira Chapter retained Sr. Charter #893.  The Charter members of the Saint Lydia of Thyatira Chapter wore scarfs that were embroidered with The Daughters of the King logo and the Chapter Name. 

Rev. Marisa Sifontes (Associate Rector), Ginger Ashton (new daughter), Belinda Clemens (SWVA Diocesan President & member of the Saint Lydia of Thyatira Chapter), Rev. Eric Long (Rector), Helen Hill (new daughter), Carla Epperson (new daughter), and Rev David Olson (Sr. Associate Rector). 

Celebration followed with all the daughters in attendance from the SWVA Diocese that attended the Institution and Admission of Daughters at St John's on February 27, 2022.
